I was referred by my GP to a chest consultant when I developed a breathlessness condition following a virus/ My wife and I had an appointment with Dr. McCann who listened carefully to the history of the condition and asked pertinent questions about all possible related chest condition symptoms. She suspected also possible consequences to the heart and referred me to a cardiologist colleague who's treatment was also outstanding. I would unhesitatingly commend Dr.McCann as an outstanding representative of the NHS. The treatment and consideration she has given has contributed greatly to my significantly improved condition. Thank you.

dr mccann treated me for pulmonary embollism . i could not have asked for any better treatment or care. wonderful person , easy to talk to, just very grateful i hope i have thanked and praised her enough for what she did . mr derek carter [patient].

I was put at ease by her friendly and caring manner and her apparent desire to do everything possible to help me with my chest problem. I was particularly impressed that Dr. McCann took so much time to listen intently to the problems I was experiencing and therefore was able to diagnose and prescribe a suitable treatment. I also received a written report that she sent to my GP. from her of the discussion we had and the treatment she was prescribing, I cannot speak to highly of this kind, considerate and knowledgeable consultant.
